If I could give zero stars, I would. And even that wouldn’t come close to how poorly this company treated me. Over a year and a half ago, I brought my vehicle in for repairs. I was told it was the battery and paid around $6,000 up front, expecting professional service. After months of delays and poor communication, they finally received the battery, only to then tell me it wasn’t the problem after all. They lie about having nitrogen dont inspect anything except air pressure and filter screw them
Be aware of this place , they are thieves, they charged $850 for 15k service without emphasizing that it was not covered under the warranty, all they did was rotating tires and change cabin filters
Carey was super professional and worked hard to get our vehicle in as quickly as he could. All the repairs were complete and satisfactory, and I felt very comfortable with the explanation he gave for the repairs and what was needed. Would definitely go through Cox again for service, thanks to my experience.
