They’ve done a lot of work to improve the experience with the service department and it shows! From the moment you pull up, you’re immediately greeted and checked in. Next someone walks around offering snacks and beverages, followed by someone topping off fluids while you wait for the service advisor. While waiting, they provide updates on your car’s status. Lastly, check out process and team were wonderful. Kudos to Cox Chevrolet for striving to provide an improved and great experience
