Cox, ( all week long, zero stars) Very poor customer service. Techs just guessed at problem No person to talk to, but AI crap. No one returns calls. People came, everyone said it was modem problem, just handed us another modem. Husband went to store x 2..Just another modem. Today.7/ 8. Giving 1 star. But would give ZERO stars if I could. Cause Cox is simply that horrible. This company is very dishonest and always attempts to take advantage of people if they can, and this is by design, not circumstance. I disconnected my Home Internet service from Cox years ago. And it's been the best feeling ever. They always have hidden fee's on your bill. Then you have to call customer service to get them to credit your account because of their shady tactics.
