After purchasing a hybrid battery when I got i t home the underside was damaged. They loaded it and made sure to conceal broken section. Was told 30 day return policy. In about a week I went to return and it was then that I was told there would be a restocking fee of 25%. Paid cash for the battery of 533 dollars and not only was over 100 in fees, dude had to write a check after paying cash. He was also somewhat rude at the fact it was being returned. Great place, great experience, my car looks brand new.
Terrible service, headlights don’t fit. Legit took headlights from a random car and don’t fit. When trying to call to get a refund which he said they’d give if any mishaps now all of a sudden he can’t. Don’t do business with him just order your parts brand new!!! Lesson learned!
