Slum loard!! Has crack heads come to properties upwards of 5 times to "fix" a minor issue cuz he wants to save a buck! Outlandish requests of tenants, accepts no responsibility for existing issues with properties. Sees tenants as people to pin responsibility on! He is a selfish RICH PRICK! He is the reason the poor hate the rich!
