someone passed their information on to me as I was looking for parts for my truck. I called them and they were very helpful, and once I got to meet them nothing changed, they were great from the time I walked in the door. I will be doing a lot more business with them in the future. they have everything I needed and the prices were great.
Went to Cox Automotive on Saturday November 4 2017. My husband truck broke down in fayetteville. He called ahead to see if the parts were there. I took my grandkids and headed there. Not only were they very professional , they were also very, very friendly. We also hot a chance to see the company dog count to 15. It was hilarious. My grandkids enjoyed the visit also. Keep doing what you do.Thank you for being so prompt.
Had a wonderful experience with this company. The owner not only gave us an excellent price for our parts, but we went on a Saturday (they are open a half day) and he put is full staff on pulling the parts so that we would not have to come back on a different day (we had driven quite a distance). We will definitely use this business again.
Horrible customer service . I called for an engine that was $2000 . They act like they don't want your business . The girl there left me waiting for about 15 min on the phone and didn't care . I told them to send me pictures of the engine and couldn't even do that .. after calling several times decided that is not worth doing business with people like that .
Got 2 bad transmissions from them owner has a bad attitude said my mechanic didnt dont what he was doing bought one from another yard worked first time. BUYERS BEWARE
