Had a great experience at the body shop. They explained what my car needed and did precisely what they said they would. I got my car back on the day they said it would be finished and it looks fantastic. Friendly, more than competent people from the time I stepped into the building.
Chet at Cox Auto Body was extremely helpful after my RAV4 was sideswiped on both sides with two different people. He helped handle both insurance claims, fixed additional damage, and even arranged for a rental car to be delivered to and from the shop. The repairs look great and the whole process was easy. Very satisfied with the service — highly recommend!
I had a guy cause an accident so I used their BODY SHOP. They estimated it, said it may need a new bumper but at least a tow hook, buff some paint, and a couple brackets. They were also supposed to look at the TPMS since it was reading 20psi with 60psi in the tire after the crash. No biggy, the other guy was at fault and charged with Reckless Driving. I desperately needed an estimate from an ASE certified body shop, turns out this is the only one in the state and they are 4 hours away. I called late on a Friday and Patrick was able to save me a trip across the state. Got an estimate in my inbox by Monday morning. Thank you Cox Autobody.
