I had a appointment for 4:30 was told to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Walked in rang the bell and waited 20 minutes before anyone came to the counter after ringing the bell a second time. I was given paperwork to fill out and at 4:50 still was not told how much longer I would have to wait. My time is as valuable as theirs. I had another appointment I was not going to be late to do I asked for my paperwork and left. It was a big decision for me to make the appointment.
