First impressions: very professional and well established business environment. All interactions were friendly. Our taxes were done in a timely manner. Thank you John Johnson for taking care of us. We will be back to do more business with this company.
The person doing our taxes was nice but the older lady at the front desk didn't listen when taking down our direct deposit information we corrected her and she goes yeah that's what I got..only to find out she didn't have something right and now we have to wait for it by mail. We called to ask what happened one person told us they should have contacted us if their was an issue which they never did but we called again to speak to the person to "entered " our information she was overtalking me not listening and stated that the... read more
They don't listen and are concerned only with themselves. Received okayish service with them one year and then had a really horrible experience with them the following year. Always felt treated like I was unimportant. Save yourself the time and money and try another service.
These jokers overcharged for an extension form (5x their own price!). When I emailed them concerning the matter they only ignored the email. Then, (more than 6 months later) when they received a call about it they accused me of lying and suggested I just pay the $175 fee they charged for a $30 extension form because they had done a major portion of my tax return in a meeting we had. They are horrible for service! I just came she lady she very horrible for asking customers because she saw me Asian that why , I don’t why they hire that lady she very terrible with customer i think she don’t like Asian people that why ! I walk in I you guy got too much gold medal , why you guy got lady service like that ! You guy need take gold Medals throw away please! Thanks
