My experiences here have always been positive. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and Pamela Trant (my NP) is very caring and knowledgeable. Right now, medical practitioners in BC are very overworked and under staffed. I think it's up to us as patients, to help out by being understanding and kind.
Dr. Koopman and the staff are extremely caring, genuine, and professional. I have been with the clinic for 5 years and always been treated respectfully. Thank you!
Paige and everyone at Cowrie Clinic have always worked above and beyond to help me with multiple medical issues. It’s a 5 star staff for me.
DO NOT GO HERE (unless you want to waste your time). The staff is rude & makes tons of clerical errors. I am in the process of having my shoulder fixed & they sent an Xray request FOR THE WRONG SHOULDER after already having an Xray & CT Scan for the correct shoulder. THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK. It's no wonder they have such a low rating. Glad I can contribute & warn future patients from wasting their time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I have had zero problems at this clinic staff have been great, Drs very attentive.
