I’ve had negative experiences with a few previous practitioners here, but the one I have now is fantastic, and the staff are generally very friendly and helpful! Practitioners come and go, but the clinic itself is pretty good in my experience, so Im hoping to bump up their overall rating.
15 minutes on hold still no answer like jeez
I am unable to see my family doctor very often but the ones that replace him are very good and the staff that answer the phone are really nice
I've lived in 5 provinces, been to dozens of clinics, and never experienced disgusting treatment like this. I saw another review call them unprofessional and uncaring and that is both accurate and a huge understatement. They staff are rude, cold, heartless, evil people. Not helpful in the least. I have nothing good to say about any of them and they don't even deserve the 1 star in this 1 star review. Horrible people who deserve horrible things to happen to them.
