Back story. Over 2 years ago on the 8th February 2023 my partner went to Cowra vets on the Grenfell road with our dog, his best friend dying in his arms. Suffering a brain tumour which left him paralysed. We got turned away like trash because we weren't regular customers. Our regular vet was closed. Obviously my partner was upset and cranky and may have said a few words due to being upset and distressed from the disappointment he felt and lack of empathy from staff.
