Major service which took 5 hours from drop off to pickup, team member dropped me off in town, all OK on the way home, no issues but expensive over $800, will need to consider reducing service frequency for 7yr old Subaru Outback- Sept 2024 125k service took about 3 hours which was fine and in accord with service book. My 2017 Subaru Outback is running perfectly and I am sure Subaru servicing has much to do with it running so well. - I need to wait on site for service as from out of town, a little improvement in reading mater... read more
Picked up the new car today and couldn't be happier. Reily was a pleasure to deal with and she made the whole experience quite simple and enjoyable. We had shopped around but were happy to settle on Cowra Motors Subaru who offered a very competitive changeover price. But most importantly, they were sincere in their dealings and friendliness! Some of their competitors could learn a lot from this wonderful country dealership. I look forward to years of association with Cowra Motors.
If I could give more than 5 stars for the friendly and helpful service of Cowra Subaru I would - as would my husband. Reily is the most amazing salesperson ever. So much more than a salesperson, she is absolutely person-centred with her focus on making sure she is providing the best service she can offer. Jordan is equally obliging, and always willing to add that extra help where he can. 100% genuine. And then the mechanics! All of our services - nothing too much trouble. Truly the best teamwork. A real credit to our town.
Car was serviced promptly, all concerns were addressed, Cowra Motors was very accommodating when I called to let them know I would be late.
