I am very disappointed with the podiatry service via Kate Stonestreet. My elderly father had his toenails treated here, and unfortunately the podiatrist cut into his nail three times. Each time it caused pain and inflammation in his toes on both feet. Because of this, I now have to clean and treat his toes every day to prevent infection. After an eight week wait for an appointment to see some blow in doctor, I arrived for my appointment only to be told "we tried to contact you as your appointment is no longer available we left a message"..Truth be known they did not leave any message and only rang two days before my appointment date, why else would I be standing in front of her after travelling half an hour to get there...the large women behind the desk was almost smerking as she informed me that after eight weeks waiting you will now have to wait another mo... read more
