I made a appointment that I had to cancel due to sickness, so when my confirmation email came in on a Friday and my appointment was the Monday I just simply replied to the confirmation asking if I could cancel. So come Monday I just assumed it was cancelled, until my bank account got hit with a $20 no show fee so I emailed them with screen shot of the cancellation email and just simply asked why this was, they explained because the confirmation email I responded to was a no reply email, I apologized immensely and explained I... read more
If I could give a 0 star I would. My tattoo by Mike turned out horrible. The lines weren’t straight and the color has splotchy patches, it looks like a 2 year old drew it. Don’t recommend for tattoos. Stick to piercings cowpoke.
