Living in a Cowperthwaite Apartment was the worst experience I've ever had. Nothing is taken seriously, including loud neighbors, wind blowing through the walls and windows in the dead of winter, pipes freezing in the winter. The building also has a COCKROACH infestation. The company did basically nothing about the problem for 5 months and they even tired to blame the problem on us, but after more and more tenants complaining they finally decided to investigate. WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER!
