Cowper Smash Repairs were our insurers nominated repairer. Peter called within 4 working hours of me lodging the on-line claim. The quote process was easy with me uploading photos via an on-line form. The quote was resolved quickly and the date for the work agreed. Our car was ready for pick-up as scheduled. The work was excellent and the whole car had been cleaned inside and out. Happy to recommend Peter and his team at Cowper Smash Repairs.

At first I was hesitant to use their services given the poor reviews however it seems that there has been a change in management from John who was there some years ago. Peter is the new owner and I cannot fault him. Peter and his wife were very helpful. I used their service for an insurance claim and they were both very professional and kept me in the loop during the process.
