Let's start off with Herbies arrogant attitude from the beginning of me coming in to talk to the detailer. She and I talk and I even offer to go above. I ask for one more thing. I'm handicapped. Herbie involves himself and says here it comes! You want a ride to the motel. I ignore him. I ask her to call me. I have TBI. I wanted a phone call! The rest is self explanatory as to the services and to the communication from the shop. Non rendered!

Can I give -5000*? Paid over $900 in work and the only job done ok was my tension pulley…my coolant reservoir was broken in the process. I rate that -1 *. Took my jeep In for suspension or steering issues and got over $300 bill with noise still present and days later all the noises returned. -5000* for that.
