I am extremely disappointed with this law firm. They did an abysmal job representing me, after paying over $7,000 failed to show up in court. On one of the few phone calls we had Ms. Lisa Moore, appeared to be very intoxicated, slurring her words crying about the death of her sister, then charged me over $500 for that phone call which was in no way shape or form helpful to my case. Witnessed GAL favor a father with domestic violent history and long criminal record and clear evidence of harassment and alienation of mother. She favored father after he violated parenting plan and placed child in a different school district that mother could not get child too. While he broke the law and has extreme violent history she punished mother for not being able too get child to school and favored custody to father. Beth makes you pay in advanced for visits ahead of time. You stay current for payments then at the end she makes up visits and when you go to get your "deposite" clames, you had visits. Then proceeds to say you owe her money. Whoever is doing the visits doesn't even watch you or your child during the visits. They are just on the internet scrolling. Supervised visits can be intimidating, especially when your former spouse is an attorney most interested in the power of the process. Beth is wonderful to work with! I highly recommend her service! Truth wins in the end... Child centered, self evident interactions, be yourself and what is best for the children will work out in time!
