Tonya had been doing my hair for over a year, went yesterday for a TRIM and my bangs are jacked up. Carelessness! Not paying attention to what she was doing and in to big of a hurry. When I asked why they were so short she replied I was trying to make them edgy. Not what I asked for. And she acted like she didn't care. It's not just the fact they are to short for what I asked to be done but they are also not straight nor do they blend with the rest of my hair.
