I have had a few doctors over the years. I moved about a lot! But this surgery is Phenomenal!!! The receptionists and managers are very eager to help you and I have DR Line! She is by far the most amazing doctor I have EVER had! What ever the changes has been keep them up!! AMAZING and thank you!!!!! xx
Lack of organization and communication: they tell you that you need to book an appointment to have your blood taken, you book it, and when you arrive at the medical centre nobody knows anything. It is a complete lack of communication between the NHS departments, and in the end, nobody is able to give you an answer. As a patient, you end up taking a day off for this procedure and wasting an hour on the phone.
You know people are working right? Every single time you try to call them they're closed. Even when they should be open, they won't pick up cuz they have some staff training....
