Jack organised a replacement for my water heater after I had some problems with rampant electricity usage. He initially resolved the immediate problem just before Christmas, provided a competitive replacement quote and replaced the unit to my schedule in early February. The plumber that Jack used, Jake, was fantastic as was Jack's sparkie.
