I'm in the process of adopting a puppy from there and I live in Wichita. They have been so helpful in answering my questions, gathering information, and posting pics for me. I've never met them face to face, but can't wait until I do. Even if the adoption doesn't go thru, what an experience of people being so helpful and caring to my wants and needs. I'm thoroughly impressed with their customer service. So caring & personable. Thank you!!
Wonderful staff. All the animals are in a wonderful housing facility.
I found myself in a situation with 2 kittens that got abandoned by their mother and were not going to make it so I took them there and we decided that fostering them would be best for a couple weeks the staff were extremely helpful and explained to us how to care for the kittens and they are now happy healthy and friendly they also provided us with all supplies and I truly feel like they saved these kittens lives these people are excellent and I am glad they helped me with these lil guys
I like that they have many pet-adoption events, but when I came to them during a stressful time, the people in the waiting room were more helpful than the staff.
Wonderful shelter full of great animals and loving caring people!
