Year after year The Cowley County Fair & Rodeo in Winfield, KS has always been one of the best County Fairs, Rodeo, and Celebrations put on in the state of Kansas as well as the Midwest. It's an enormous amount of family entertainment packed into a few days. Without a doubt it's more than a chore to attend or see everything it has to offer.
