I took my watch in for a battery replacement. They charged me $28, which was more than the watch is worth, but I paid it because the watch holds sentimental value. When I was a young girl my Dad always bought our rings from Cowie & son and I carry that tradition with buying my daughters rings from here now last Friday April 11th 2025 I brought my mother's Family ring in for some work to be done , I am so amazed that the work that they did on the ring was so beautiful and the ring was ready for pick up on Wednesday the 16th of April that was fast service Thank You Cowie & Son so much appreciated

I regret not going in sooner. The nice gentleman was super helpful and gave me a GREAT deal on a ring. I recommend for sure.

Very unreliable hours. I have attempted to pick my ring up from being resized on several occasions during normal business hours and they have been closes. No sign on door, no answer machine (never answers phone), no listed hours of operations.

I presented my Father with a watch as a gift, but he soon found himself in need of a battery replacement. He entrusted the task to this jewelry store, assuming the fix would be quick and simple. However, despite the watch being a valued possession worth over $600, the store took more than a week to complete the replacement and charged an outrageous $35 fee.
