Last winter we experienced a leak near the chimney; called Kevin and he showed up first thing the next morning( we live in Qualicum Beach) and fixed the leak immediately. . He did say that the roof was nearing the end of its life and would need replacing. Fast forward six months we called Kevin to have our roof replaced. He was so accommodating—and even offered to bring us fresh fish he caught after the job was done! The roof looks fantastic, the work was done quickly, and the cleanup was impressive. Kevin did a great job selling his services to us and we were excited to get our roof done and even though the quote was on the high side he seemed confident about the job. It’s too bad he never showed up to complete the work. After saying they’d be starting in a week he completely ghosted us and never responded to our messages. We put off other companies because we thought Kevin and his team would be completing the work. Now after waiting months we are now back contacting the other companies we got quotes from. Kevin and his crew were a pleasure to have on site. They did an excellent job dealing with a roof that had a few extra challenges. We are very pleased that our roof is now like new. They did an great clean-up each day. I would recommend this company for any roofing needs you may gave.
