Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. We’ll strongly recommend to whoever has the need to do orthodontic treatment here.
The whole team is so kind, warm, welcoming and calm. I went for a consultation and Dr Tyra Cross was so informative. Even though the consultation revealed that orthodontic work isn’t necessary for me she took the time to address all my concerns and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of orthodontics. I left feeling very happy and will highly recommend Cowichan Valley Orthodontics in the future. 😄
