Over priced, lack of inventory
What a bunch of crooks! I buy a vehicle $10,000 cash and it’s a lemon. The engine is broken…an issue I told Jeff about many many many times. But they got my $10,000 cash so they don’t care! He told me that he was gonna help me get the car fixed when I called him Saturday and call him today and he can’t no longer help me so I’m sure Brian is the one that told him that he can’t help me! Maybe that’s why they’re closing their crooks!
Very rude customer service line. Felt rushed and didn’t have time to respond. Got hung up on. Would suggest taking business elsewhere. If these guys don’t think they can make money off of you, they won’t give you the time and day.
I recently was on a search for a 2nd vehicle and noticed a good looking Chevy Trax on display at this business. Upon looking it over more closely, I was approached by Jeff, the manager. He was very easy to speak with and there was no pressure when he opened up the vehicle for me to poke around. I made arrangements to do a test drive later in the week and upon arriving, I noticed that it was all washed down with new wiper blades being installed. They really mean it when they say they are committed to customer satisfaction, and they truly are the good guys. I am a natural skeptic but they convinced me when we bought our RV through Cowichan Valley Autos and Jeff delivered exceptional customer service and aftercare. Thanks to the good guys we are on the road and loving it
