My son-in-law came in with a broken foot. The medical team and doctors took care of him for the two days he was there.
The doctors, nurses, and techs saved my life during a severe medical emergency. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
Way to much clutter on the map,
Brought my husband to the ER just before 7am and the woman at the desk refused to even triage him. Nanaimo ER triaged him right away once we got there and he received the care he needed. We shouldn’t have had to drive another hour one-way to find someone who would help.
For all the bad we hear about the medical system today, my experiences with this ER have been excellent. Fast, calm, compassionate and thorough.
