They rented us kayaks. It was a wonderful evening
They cancelled on us two hours before our rental because of “understaffing.” They shouldn’t have let us book if they weren’t going to staff our rental, let alone give us enough notice to schedule with a different company.
Last month we travelled a long way from the US to celebrate our anniversary. One of the things we most looked forward to was kayaking at Cowichan Bay to see the bioluminescence. The tour started a bit late as the other two participants were running late, but our guide assured us we would still get our full 2 hours that we paid for. Just myself and Taylor this morning(or was it Amber haha) I had a great time. Many seals, including babies. Otters, Osprey, herons and a hungry Kingfisher.
The bioluminescence tour with Taylor was great. We had an amazing time and enjoyed this beautiful nature phenomenon as well as the company of a local seal who likes to hang out with the tour groups.
