Lori and her staff are beyond incredible. Thank you for stocking superb merchandise and for patiently teaching me all about knitting. When we became quarantined, Lori did a no contact porch drop off of a bunch of items I needed for projects to keep me busy. She was so kind, offered advice, and dropped off after hours.
