If I had to do it over again I would not buy into this community.
I’m looking to purchase a home in Coweta Hills. Is it true the HOA fee is $700+/mo.?
Just bought my house in January. Word around the community is they will be selling the land to the industrial complexes that surround it. 850$ lot fee but mortgage is only 633? If you are thinking of buying, don't. If you can sell, do it now. 850$ lot fee and the dog park is trash, they do not mow your your yard, no maintenance and as I said, they will sell your lot leaving you with a house you have to move and buy land for. These people are frauds. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE HERE!
