Only thing you must be wary of is that even if you buy in this community, the lot rent it’s pretty high and increases without any notice. So you can easily end up paying 2,000+ on mortgage and rent combined. You pay also water and sewer combined with your lot rent. It’s a good community, so far. Great neighborhood and pretty houses. But the lot rent it’s way too high and they do not provide you any services, they just collect rent.
