Great folks with a wonderful selection. Billy has been very patient with me through this process as well. I know others who have used them and they come highly recommended
Moved into a new house only to find out the previous owners had done an amazing job masking the smell of pet urine in the master bedroom during all of our initial visits. Billy came through and got us brand new hardwood floors to match the rest of the house ordered and installed within a week! He took excellent care of me when I felt absolutely distraught! Will recommend over and over again!
99.9 % Satisfied!!! Which is rare nowadays. We replaced our entire home with LVP and carpeted (bedroom)....other than a minor flaw with under cutting around the fireplace, the quality of product and craftsmanship is FABULOUS!....Billy and his entire staff were extraordinary to work with.; and he beat out 2 other local (PTC) retailers by 5 and 10%.
