I took my dachshund here twice and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the first visit, the vet was quite rude and dismissive. I explained that my dog was showing clear signs of back issues, specifically IVDD, but she insisted it could be poisoning instead. Despite my concerns, she pushed for a blood test, even though my dog hadn’t been in any environment where poisoning wasn’t possible. Ivy and I dropped in (no appointment, not a registered customer, yet) today after she started limping on our walk. Ivy had taken part of the pad off a back paw. The very kind vet nurse had a look, told me how to treat the injury, and after another kind nurse administered some liver treats, we headed back to our holiday home nearby. Such a great caring group. I can't thank them enough for putting my mind to rest; she is our Princess after all!
