Cowell has been out to my house three times now, they are polite and tidy and communicate well. The first time they came out I had just moved in to my house which I bought from some delinquents and had some questionable electrics that I was worried about; they fixed that straight away. They have fitted a new electric box thing and performed an electrical survey. Very pleased with the work. They were even good with my cat who at times can also be a delinquent. Ian came out on a Saturday afternoon last minute for us after I messed the electrics up in the house, he came out and got them working again for us and then came back out Monday and changed all our sockets.
