As a woman you always exeptical that they may take advantage of you but that was NOT the case. Here is my experience. Customer service - Mo was honest, professional and he guide me and gave me diferent options so I was able to take the best decision. This place really surprised me. They check my car for some suspension issues. Gave me a fair estimate and on top of that, none of the parts had a markup. Good business practices go a long way
I stopped by Cowboys Wheel & Tire to fix a lift that had been poorly installed on my Jeep by a shop in Dallas. That previous shop had left one of my shocks loose and didn’t tighten a bolt properly — it actually came off on one end, leaving the shock dangling when I pulled in. I was greeted by Eric, who immediately said he’d be happy to help and that they’d go over all the work done by the other shop to make sure everything was done right. I was in need of getting my vehicle inspection done, but failed and needed my lights reset. This place didn't try taking advantage of me like the other places I had stopped by. The man done it for me free of charge and explained everything to me. They are very friendly,but professional. You must go check this place out. They have all types of rims and tires as well.
