We signed a contract with the owner to have two trees removed with expenses itemized - I.e. certain service was listed as an additional charge. Our contractor needed some minor changes to the plan and we no longer needed One of the extra services. Cowboy Tree Removal initially agreed to the cancellation of that portion and told us he would complete the work in a few days. He and his crew did not show up as he promised. We contactEd him.
