David took my call and spent time answering all my questions until I felt comfortable and ready to move forward. He offered me two options: one with new tiles and one without. Cowboy's gave a good price, 20% less than my first estimate, was able to schedule it in about a week and finished the job completely in 3 days. Everything was cleaned up perfectly.
I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS! HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES NOR RESPOND BACK TO YOUR VOICE MAILS! THEY ARE VERY VERY SLOW AT THEIR JOB! THEIR WORKERS ARE LIERS STATING THEY ARE GETTING MATERIALS FROM HOME DEPOT WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY SITTING IN THEIR CAR CHILLING. THE ONLY 2 HRS THAT THEY DECIDED TO DO WORK AT MY HOUSE THEY ONLY PUT PLASTIC UP IN AND AROUND MY BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY ROOM AND THEY LEFT THEIR TRASH AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS ON MY TOILET AND LEFT.
