Not expecting much for a 23 dlls manicure, but not what i got, place seems clean but had a weird smell, work stations and tools were not clean, i got rushed because they had i assume regulars since the girl doing my nails already knew the service people would get, roughly a 10 sec rub on each hand with some oil at the end ( not the 3 min hand massage as advertised) nails not properly cut or filed, not a single Top Coat or anything, would not really recommend, maybe was not my lucky day. I got a colorful French tip, it turned out amazing!!! The staff were very friendly and I got my nails done professionally and in a timely manner. I had a very good overall experience here!
I’ve been going to Cowboy Nail bar for about two years now. Started going to them when management at my other favorite place changed and I didn’t feel the same vibe from the new people. I don’t go often, a few times a year for a mani pedi. Cowboy just has that welcoming vibe to it. Everyone is always so friendly, specially the owners. I’ve not had a bad experience with them in the times I’ve gone. The place is clean and everyone does a great job.
One nail fell off the day after and the rest Only lasted me two weeks and I wasn’t treated well I thought every customer gets the same treatment but I guess not the manager lady or whoever she is wasn’t nice they were giving out a Christmas gifts to all the white woman when they left but when it was my turn to leave I was dismissed and I clocked what was happening that not everyone here gets the same treatment which is a shame . The guy who did my nails was really nice though
This salon is clean, quaint, and the staff is extremely customer oriented! They make you feel so comfortable and welcome. I like the 10% cash savings they offer and they do an amazing job!! You will not be disappointed!
