Signed myself (39) and my 3 children (4,6,8) up for classes. Experience has been great! Heath and his wife were patient and fun exercising with my girls. I think this will be great for their self-esteem and confidence. The 7:15 pm boxing class was a great workout!

Just took my first boxing class to try things out and Heath has me hooked. I'm completely out of shape, and explained up front how I need to get back to where I want to be. Heath took time to push me, instruct me and makes learning the sport fun! I'm so excited to continue with classes, get back to the real me, and learn techniques along the way. So worth the money! It's insane the workout and value provided here!

I don't think it's open during the hours posted or at all. Door was locked Everytime and I left a message but no answer or call back. Most boxing gyms are like this but at least post the right hours so people aren't wasting their time going there.

Love this place, you will definitely get in shape and learn the fundamentals of combat sports. Good for beginners and advanced training. The owner/trainer heath is a stand up guy, and he can take a punch ;)
