This gym is really clean. There's never dust on anything. The staff is always nice and the towels are always stocked.
Great atmosphere, even tho I'm a Bills fan. Top of the line equipment, friendly staff, and good amenities.
This gym is a must to come by visit and then JOIN! It has everything you could possibly need from a huge range of equipment, a huge space indoor and outdoor enough room for all! And the best part yet is that they have an amazing staff of personal trainers and an even more awesome fitness manager named Timothy.C he’s truly been a huge help in my journey! He’s been the best overall as a professional that he is! Highly recommended! Thanks Tim & Cowboys Fit for helping me become my best version!
Meagan is an incredible trainer. She motivates me and pushes me, but she also listens to me when things are difficult and I need to modify. She works with my physical challenges but also gives me great tips and stretches that I can do at home as well as the gym. I’ve lost a total of nearly 12 inches in two months, and I can feel myself getting stronger—something I haven’t felt in a very long time. Working with Meagan makes me proud to share my experiences and I’d definitely recommend her!
