I have loved going to Cowboy Fitness, and I owe it to Christy my personal trainer! Since I started training with her she has helped me learn so much about equipment, and how to use it safely. Having a personal trainer has given me so much confidence and makes me want to go to the gym. Thanks Christy!
I want to take a moment and say how great of a trainer I have here. Josh goes by the book and knows how to work in strides with his clients. He pays very close attention to detail, and you can tell both his knowledge and passion go a long way when you start to see the results you want. Positivity is key and I’ve been more consistent going to the gym because of him. Highly recommend his services 👍
