I recently started going here and I love it! The facility is so nice! Angela was wonderful to sign up with. The amenities are sooo good - red light therapy, sauna, hydro massage, normatec and UNLIMITED spray tanning and UV tanning. I get all of this for less than my palm beach membership- so happy here!
Good gym overall, but the men’s locker room hair dryer has been broken for months. I’ve asked several times and it still hasn’t been fixed. I’ll remove this review if it’s resolved within a week.
I’ve been working out with Golf at Cowboy Fit Plano for the past 10 months - his workouts are challenging but fun, he always comes prepared and excited to train, and I’ve strengthened significantly since we started. Highly recommend Golf!
I have been training with Golf Iamaromana for about four and a half months. Golf has been a FANTASTIC trainer! I’ve gained a significant amount of muscle mass and dropped almost 2 percentage points of total body fat. My waist size is down 3 inches. And not once have I woken up, immobilized by soreness from a workout. I feel great and I can hardly wait for my next training session! I actually look forward to going to the gym now. I’ve already recommended Golf to three of my friends.
I love the location. I’ve been even luckier to get Golf as my personal trainer. I can’t say enough good things about him. He always keeps it positive, checks in to make sure you’re trying to do the right things outside the gym and I’ve never had a bad workout with him. Takes his time really helping you build a solid foundation and it’s amazing to look back at all the progress we have accomplished. I can’t wait to continue and see where I end up. Thanks bro.
