Excellent gym and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I’ve used Cowboys Fit in Dallas and Plano, and they both uphold their reputation. The price doesn’t strain my bank, and their promos are generous. My only feedback is that they close at 8 on Fridays. Which I can work around so I’m not bothered by it. What causes me to lower my review is the lack of respect from the front desk lady on multiple Fridays. I tend to end my week by stopping by the gym after work to use the Sauna. Cowboys Fit Plano is hands down the best gym around. It’s always clean, the equipment is solid, and the staff is incredibly friendly. You really feel that Southern hospitality the moment you walk in. Huge shoutout to Coach Dan—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping you improve. Can’t recommend this place enough.
Be wary of joining this gym. Management does not honor the agreements they offer!!! Also management will argue with you in public infront of everyone and make you completely uncomfortable!! Absolutely unacceptable behavior!!
January 2026 ** Happy to update that I haven’t seen a single tripod since. But y’all, you’re smoking us out with the heat now 😂 I’m excited that there’s no more recordings but lord do you guys have the heat on high since winter started.
