Very clean facility, you can tell the staff takes a lot of pride in this gym and what they do. As a woman who works out alone often, the environment at this gym is probably the safest and most comfortable I've ever been in. And you can tell the staff puts effort into keeping it this way. The guy who works there named Jason wouldn’t let me use a guest pass and workout there for a day after I told him I’m probably not going to join and just wanted to workout with my friend who’s a member. I ended up joining the crunch fitness down the street after that too
Diana trainer is a gem 😊 she is patient and very knowledgeable about fitness and body mechanics she has helped me regain my strength and overall fitness.
This gym is a horrible place and the people working there have no work ethic and very unprofessional. The equipments are old and so many other things horrible and I don't recommend this gym to anyone.
