But y’all, you’re smoking us out with the heat now 😂 I’m excited that there’s no more recordings but lord do you guys have the heat on high since winter started. Zumba with Kerry Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 make my week! She's the best instructor ever, with actually knowledge and professional training, she delivers the best energy at every single and an amazing playlist. She's the whole reason I have a membership here.
I have been coming here since 2017, and LOVE this gym. I tried every gym in this area, and ultimately always end up coming back here. If you can beat the busy time (about 4pm-630pm) you never really have to wait for equipment.The video here was taken at 845pm, nice and empty! And even if youre there at those times, its not too bad of a wait time. The gym goers seem to be mature working professionals. Other gyms in this area have too many teenagers for me.
