The boys over at cowboy customs have got to have the best customer service in the game. I reached out trying to get some information on work I’d like to have done to my truck, and they didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t ask for. They simply provided excellent customer and information and gave me detailed explanations on why I should or shouldn’t do something. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Â
Took my truck i wrecked it and they were able to put lift kit and wheel and it drives like a dreamÂ
As soon as I picked up my truck after the lift was installed by them I noticed the steering loose while driving. They left suspension parts loose and when I was driving home it felt like the wheels were going to come off. After I got home I crawled under neath the truck and found a steering link nut completely loose! I called them immediately and said that I need to drive it back to them and could not send a tow truck or a mechanic to my house. Wow! I guess they don’t care for your safety.
