I also have a very bad experience with Cowboy Carpet. Paid them in advance Big mistake. Job was for carpet and linoleum to be done on July 18th & 19th 2016. Worked for a couple of hours on the 18th, no show on the 19th. had to call them over and over. Finally came out around 6:30 pm on the 19th and tore out more carpet and linoleum for one hour. Thru old carpet over my banister onto the side walk of my condo. No show for the rest of week with call after call. Carpet still on sidewalk. Went out to there business, sign on door... read more

Worst experience with a small business. My wife and I hired them for three jobs. The first two, laying carpet, they were extremely late. Not only that, their communication is horrendous, they only respond when they need to delay a job. But, the worst job yet is the one that was supposed to be done weeks ago. Again, after a delay, they said they'd be coming to finish tiling a bathroom. Very small bathroom, very easy job, not more than a day or two max. All of a sudden, they vanish.
