I also have a very bad experience with Cowboy Carpet. Paid them in advance Big mistake. Job was for carpet and linoleum to be done on July 18th & 19th 2016. Worked for a couple of hours on the 18th, no show on the 19th. had to call them over and over. Finally came out around 6:30 pm on the 19th and tore out more carpet and linoleum for one hour. Worst experience with a small business. My wife and I hired them for three jobs. The first two, laying carpet, they were extremely late. Not only that, their communication is horrendous, they only respond when they need to delay a job. But, the worst job yet is the one that was supposed to be done weeks ago. Again, after a delay, they said they'd be coming to finish tiling a bathroom. Very small bathroom, very easy job, not more than a day or two max. All of a sudden, they vanish.
