I posted the bad review and I have to tell you once I brought the problem to management they have done everything humanly possible to change my opinion of their facility. Hal and Troy rock and truly do understand the importance of customer service!! I now hope to purchase a bike from them!!!
I came in a couple days ago to find the perfect bike. I saw online that ya'll had a huge inventory and was excited to see all the bikes I was considering purchasing all in one place. I drove over and hour and a half and I made all of this information known to the lady at the front and the gentleman that "showed" me bikes. After looking at the selection outside and in I checked with the lady to see if there were more bikes. She was not forwardly rude but it was obvious that she expected me to know the answers to my questions.... read more
