This was our first time visiting and it did not disappoint! The people were all so nice and patient while we chose a dozen! The doughnuts taste do good, they aren't heavy like others and there are so many to choose from! Going to go back and try the ham and cheese! Also, best hot chocolate!
The donuts and kolaches are the BEST. They are all made fresh daily never frozen. The staff is always cheerful and friendly. Cowboy Donuts is the BEST.
Stayed overnight in Rock Springs on my way home and stopped in for a donut before I left town. These Donuts are delicious! They are light and sweet without tasting like straight up sugar. I went in about 10:00 a.m. and there was still a great selection available. I will definitely stop in again when I'm in the area. (I read all of the glowing reviews before I stopped in and I also saw one that said you could get just as good of a donut at a gas station. That is 100% not true. I guessed I was misheard when I ordered a donut, and got one I don't like. When I came back in and said, I think there's a mistake I must not have spoken loud enough.. I gave them the cinnamon sugar donut back and asked again for a cinnamon bun. It was pointed out that I was not clear, and was told they are all labeled... see this label it does not say bun.... and "this is a bun!"... The staff is super friendly and awesome, and the donuts and apple fritters are far superior to any in Wyoming! They have drinks available and other delicious items to choose from. Do yourself a favor and stop in!
