No communication had to call myself to find out what was going on, not professional as well as vehicle come back worse than it was when it went to the shop.
Went in to get my left side worked on and my left mirror replaced. It was estimated to be done by the end of the week, I was skeptical since I had dropped it off Wednesday evening, but on Friday it was ready to be picked up! Looks like new and got to drive home in a clean, basically new car. Customer service was amazing and Roy guided me through everything and was very professional and happy to help. Thank you to Cowboy Collision and will be returning for any car needs :)
