This is the worst business I have ever encountered. Not sure how they’re still in business. I took my wedding dress in 8-9 months ago. Went to pick it up after 3 months of waiting. Paid over $250 just for me to get home and it not to be cleaned at all. I returned it the next day to be actually cleaned and have waited 5 months since to get it back. Cowboy Cleaners helped us with drapery we needed cleaned overnight in order to have our room ready for our next guest. Could not smell any odor and was beautifully pressed. Not only that, they delivered it straight to us earlier than they said. Highly recommend this organization. Very friendly staff and amazing owner. I can't say enough about this company.
