Great place to dry camp and bring your four legged friends too. Wedding and family/corporate venue opened in 2021, plan your rustic event in the scenic Boise National Forest. Idaho City just less then a mile from Cowboy Campground, fun to ride, walk or drive to town for dinner, shopping, music and checking out great old Idaho town. 10/10 Plenty of space for lots of trailers, horses and people! Crazy night skies and cool trails leading into town.
Nice place, can have horses $30 a night they do take venmo as well!
Wonderful RV park right on Highway 21, just a mile past Idaho City on same side of street. They have corrals for horses. They are close to OHV trails. Very nice camp host. Very quiet at night even spots near highway. We saw large RVs, cars with small trailers, trucks with campers, and trucks with popups. Looks like they have scheduled events. Night sky was wonderful thru the pines. Dry camping only. Propane exchange available! We recommend this cozy campground!!!
