Dean shepherded me through a very difficult and complex build in Alpharetta right in the middle of a pandemic. The entire team dealt with every possible curveball thrown by the city, the county, the earth, the trees, and even me. I cannot recommend Cowart Residential highly enough. Our build turned out perfect and we have had zero problems five years later. Happy to be a reference for any potential customers looking for their custom build.
Cowart failed to properly grade the land around my house. Drainage issues have led to tens of thousands of dollars in repair, to prevent damage to my foundation. These issues have been ongoing for the past 4 years and there is no end in sight.
