You continually call, regarding high lab levels, for medication that will help you feel better, but they never call you back! I have been calling their office for over a week or more, and still no answers to my medication questions, did patient care go out the window of what?
I love Dr. Vogan and his PA Terry Knepshield they are both very knowledgeable and take exallent care of their patients, but occasionally some of their office staff try to do Dr. Vogans and Terry's jobs, that is the only complaint I have ever had of this office!
