Dr. Cowan has been looking after my elderly mother for her complex health needs for decades. Her knowledgeable, compassionate and professional care is always greatly appreciated. She has always made herself available when we have any health concerns to address. She’s a wonderful doctor.
Doesn't like to prescribe necessary medications. I have had to go emergency several times after being refused antibiotics or other medication at my doctor's office. Also does not like giving referrals to a specialist. Frustrating!
Very busy office. Sometimes you wait. Sometimes you walk right in. Pretty normal GP office. Always gotten looked after.
